BANDS

These are some of my favorite bands,
I plan on adding more when I get some
time. These'll have to do for now, this
page is still going through some changes,
so check back often to see what's new,
if anything! The album covers are links
to that bands particular site, plus there's
some RealPlayer music and videos too!

My Favorite Band Of All Time!

Well, that's true, they were and still are my favorite band of all time I love these guys. Chris Cornell, Kim Thayil, Matt Cameron & Ben Shepherd. Cornell's lyrics and Thayil and Shepherd's music made an awesome combination. You'll notice how I used the words "were" and "made", well they have disbanded and that sucks, but I still have their discs spinning in my CD player and thier lyrics are fresh in my head so as far as I'm concerned they'll always be together. When they were they pounded out some of the best songs to come from the whole Seattle "grunge" thing, songs like:

Screaming Life/Fopp Audio:
Little Joe

Ultramega OK Audio:
All Your Lies
Head Injury

Louder Than Love Audio:
Hands All Over
Loud Love
Big Dumb Sex

Badmotorfinger Audio:
Rusty Cage

Jesus Christ Pose
Room A Thousand Years Wide

Superunknown Audio:
Fell On Black Days
Black Hole Sun
Spoonman
The Day I Tried To Live
4th Of July
Kickstand
Limo Wreck

Down On The Upside Audio:
Pretty Noose
Ty Cobb
Blow Up The Outside World
Burden In My Hand
Never The Machine Forever

A Sides Audio:
Bleed Together (Previously Un-Released)

And many, many more...Cornell's haunting and mesmerizing lyrics, Thayil's ear bleeding guitar rifs, Shepherd's body shaking bass style and Cameron's "beat you stupid" drum playing made an amazing group. Also, let us not forget their first bassist Hiro Yamamoto, who played with them in the early years. So to sum things up for you, a KICK ASS band.

Big Wreck - In Loving Memory Of...

Big Wreck: In Loving Memory Of... What a great disc, I like these guys almost as much as Soundgarden, but not quite. They have a mellower sound, but their singer Ian Thornhill is just as amazing. The members are, Ian Thornhill: lead guitar, vocals, mando guitar, keyboards; Brian Doherty: guitar; David Henning: bass; and Forrest Williams: drums. Check out some of their stuff:

Floater - Glyph

Floater, what can I say about these guys? Well, I think thay're an amazing band. They have a aura about their music, it filters into your subconscious and won't leave. With Pete on drums, percussion, noises, backing vocals and tremoloha; Dave on electric guitars and Rob on bass, vocals, percussion, acoustic guitar, 12 string guitar, moog and noises they are wicked band. They have some amazing music, and I have some of it here if you'd like to hear a bit.

Now these guys a f**king hilarious. They have a way with words that only can be described as "f**ked up"! Jimmy Pop Ali, Lupus, Evil Jared, DJ Q-Ball, Spanky G and special guest Rob Van Winkle (aka Vanilla Ice) make this CD one worth laughing at...

Sugar Ray - Floored

Sugar Ray, wow, these guys are good. They have gained a lot of ground since their single "Fly" featuring Super Cat was released, a reggae, hard rock sound that seemed to explode on the charts and in record stores across North America, I just hope it hasn't gone to their heads. Mark, Rodney, Stan, Murphy and D.J. Homicide make up the crew who is responsible for "Fly" and "RPM", not to mention a few other wicked songs.
